Carrollwood
Jenn's home today, in northwest Tampa. Tree-lined streets around Lake Carroll and other lakes, with pool homes, lakefront lots and golf-course properties in Carrollwood Village. Central to Dale Mabry, the Veterans Expressway and Tampa International Airport.
South Tampa
Where Jenn was raised and lived for 35 years before moving to Carrollwood. Hyde Park, Palma Ceia and the neighborhoods along Bayshore Boulevard and its famous waterfront walkway. Historic bungalows sit next to new builds, with boutique shopping and dining in Hyde Park Village and a quick drive to downtown.
Downtown St. Pete
A lively downtown on the bay with the St. Pete Pier, the Dalí Museum, colorful murals, marinas and some of the area's best restaurants. Choose a high-rise condo downtown or a classic home in nearby Old Northeast.
Westchase
A master-planned community of separate villages with parks, pools, tennis courts, walking trails and the Westchase Golf Club. Shops and restaurants cluster around the town center, with easy access to the airport and the Veterans Expressway.
Davis Islands
